Whether you're a daily commuter or a first-time rider, our resources are designed to help you understand our services, your rights, and how to make the most of your transit experience.
Rider’s Guide and Programs
Our Rider’s Guide offers a comprehensive overview of CGCTA’s services, including fixed-route schedules, demand response procedures, and the Ride to Work program. It also includes helpful tips for planning your trip, understanding fare structures, and using our services safely and efficiently. In addition, CGCTA offers specialized programs to support seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those seeking employment transportation.
Title VI Notice and Procedures
CGCTA operates its programs and services in full compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin. We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and equitable transit system for all members of our community. Procedures for filing a Title VI complaint are available upon request.
Disability Complaint Form
If you believe you have been discriminated against due to a disability while using CGCTA services, you have the right to file a formal complaint. Our Disability Complaint Form is available to ensure that all riders are treated fairly and respectfully. CGCTA takes all complaints seriously and investigates each one thoroughly to uphold our commitment to accessibility and equal service.
Public Notices
CGCTA regularly publishes Public Notices to keep the community informed about service changes, public meetings, policy updates, and other important announcements. These notices are part of our ongoing effort to maintain transparency and encourage public engagement in the development and improvement of our transit services.
